The role of technology in the development of industrial infrastructure

    In today's competitive environment, organizations need to have a considerable degree of past technological assets. Knowledge management technology based on the operational needs of the industry in developed countries has been formed. So a bunch of problems with it is that the leather industry has not been a serious issue in our society. First, the competitive conditions in the industry for public and private companies do not provide. Second, the technology industry is not leather tools and methods to earn competitive advantage. Third, traditional culture and political conditions of our leather industry - is influenced by our social. None of these issues in the current debate is the knowledge management technology. This requires the development of leather industry in the field of packing, planning issues and the scientific community needs us. This policy requires cooperation of the industry. Besides raising awareness, the development of technology management in the leather industry as a prudent policy reform should be pursued. The objective of this research is to establish the characteristics of infrastructural development for leather processing industry in Tabriz and offer a suitable model to address this development process. The research questions are: What are the characteristics of a suitable infrastructural development model for leather processing industry? What model could be designed to provide a suitable roadmap to achieve mentioned infrastructural development? The methodology of the research is descriptive and survey. The sampling procedure adopted for this research is Systematic Sampling method. The research used 120 completed questionnaires for the analysis. The research studies were based on literature review and field data and information. Information was gathered from Internet, international research paper data banks, interviews and finally survey questionnaire. Careful examination of a collection of research papers showed related theoretical proposals and interviews and related indices, the elements and variables of the research were identified.

    The main and most crucial asset of any organization is its human resources. The quality and capability of human resources, is the most important factor in the survival and viability of the organization. Competent workforce creates competent organizations. A competent organization is an environment in which employees cooperate with each other in different groups of activities. Overview of the status of human resources in the leather industry reveals that illiterate employees are most, and literate ones mostly have middle school diplomas and a very small percent have high school diplomas, indicating a very dangerous situation of human resources in Leather industry and indicates the necessity of revisions and changes in the structure of human resources in the organization. In the current situation, according to a new look to modern management and improvement of its situation to the real position, the sensitivity of this matter has become more. The aim of this study is to determine the components of infrastructure development of leather industry and to formulate an appropriate model for the development of infrastructures of Tabriz leather industry. Research questions include what are the components of development model of good infrastructures of leather industry? And based on mentioned components what model can be provided for development of good infrastructures of leather industry? The research was descriptive - survey. Research sampling, is systematic random sampling. In this study, 120 questionnaires were used for analysis. Research Methods, are library and field studies. Research data collection instruments include, internet, all international database of articles, interviews, and the final step is questionnaire. Based on the results of studying a series of articles, related theories, and interviews, and components and related indicators, parameters and variables of research are formulated.

    The need to keep up with rapid and increasing universal changes has encouraged Iran to take reasonable and appropriate measures in the current competitive and prevalent situation. Formulating development strategies to be implemented in industry sector and in particular leather industry is among the aforementioned measures. These measures will help Iran to come out of its passive state and become an actor in the global developments. Appropriate growth and comprehensive development build the foundations of powerful societies. In order to shape the opinions of statesmen and managers of leather industry and to identify ways to fulfill the goals of this industry, conducting an investigation into development of infrastructures and facilities of leather industry has been added to the agenda. Much similar research has been carried out in other industries. This will increase the awareness and knowledge of the relevant officials and managers and help them develop suitable strategies for the development of infrastructures of leather industry in Iran. Research questions are as follows: What are the components of infrastructure development model suitable for leather industry? Based on these components, which model is best and most appropriate for the development of infrastructures of leather industry in Iran? The study is a descriptive – survey research. Systematic random method is used for sampling. Library and field research methods are used in the study. Internet, international article databases, interview, and finally, questionnaire were used as the data gathering tools. The collection includes seven components: internal human resources, external human resources, support and sponsorship, regulations, technology, business dealings and innovation.

    The research studies were based on literature review and field data and information. Information was gathered from Internet, international research paper data banks, interviews and finally survey questionnaire. Careful examination of a collection of research papers showed related theoretical proposals and interviews and related indices, the elements and variables of the research were identified. The resultant collection consists of 7 elements as internal human resources, External human resources, Empowerment and Protection, Laws and Regulations, Technology, Trade Relations and Innovation. The results of statistical analyses of the mentioned elements and indices for each element and test results presented a meaningful relation between the inter-organization human resources, supporting, technology, trade relations and innovation with development and performance of public limited companies. Moreover, there is the same relation between the law variables and external human resources with performance of public limited companies.
